Larry Blizzard
Larry started out in the real estate business in 1990, first in sales and then branched out to ReBuilding houses to resell or to hold as long term rentals.
By 2000, he acquired a sizable portfolio of rental properties along with a renovation division that sold many quality homes to first time homebuyers in and around the Baltimore area.
Through the years and dealing with hundreds of homeowners and professionals, he has change the lives of those on the brink of financial despair and who needed someone who cared and was on their side.
Many cards and letters came in with heartfelt thanks and in them providing multitudes of recommendations and referrals to others.
Expertise
Larry became known in the Baltimore area as the "Strategist" in developing creative ways to solve seemingly impossible real estate situations for homeowners, lenders, both institutional and private, banks, CPAs, attorneys.
His vast understanding of documents, court actions, government codes & requirements, have set him up as the area’s top specialist. His ability to quickly assess any situation and to make others feel at ease to reveal what the true issues are and to be able to create a workable plan that can be of benefit to all parties involved has set him apart of any other.
Many of the toughest challenges can be overcome over a cup of coffee at the owner’s kitchen table or a local diner.
Larry has saved lenders, estate attorney's, government agencies countless hours and thousands of dollars by having face to face discussions with borrowers and owners. Locating lost heirs or owners has been one of Larry's specialties and he has made stalled transactions move forward to go to final closing or a favorable workout.
His extensive background in home Rebuilding, repair & maintenance provides the needed expertise to a problem property situation. Our team are pros at property preservations, avoiding or limiting financial loss and creating solutions to a final and favorable solution for everyone.
Larry started sharing his expertise with others in the form of seminars, classes, one-on-one mentorship and later became a writer. His book “Liberated” Creative Real Estate Techniques to Eliminate the Most Stressful Challenges Homeowners Face can be found on Amazon.

People Before Profit! - That's Larry's Guide...
At the early age of 17, Larry joined the local volunteer fire department. After experiencing many traumatic challenging situations and events and helping others in their most time of need, Larry found that helping others was his life's mission.
Larry later exited the fireservice and started his first business at age 22 however, kept that first responder mindset with each venture there after. Always having the People first before Profit standard has made all the difference.
Forty years later, in 2022, Larry decided to reenter the fire service and take the needed tests both in fire suppression knowledge and physically. By the Grace of God, he was accepted back in as a Baltimore County Volunteer with Lutherville at the age of 62.
Larry has brought that same ethic and mindset to his businesses today. When someone is fortunate to work with him, it is surely felt.
Larry says "What a blessing it is to be able to serve others as only a few can!"
Personal Values
Larry and his wife Maritza believe in God and family first. They treasure their relationship and stay very active. Faith, health and fitness, travel, family and friends are the baseline.
Larry says, "We consider everyone with a good heart and good intentions our family! Our employees, our tenants, our many relationships we've come to have throughout the years."
Rotary's moto "Service Above Self" is how they live. One phone call will set them in motion to be of help and service in anyway that they can.
Larry is still looking forward to the next adventure. Working at staying young in mind, body and spirit as long as he can.
